About Mission Greens

Mission Greens is a gated condominium community in San Diego, California that offers beautiful views of a local golf course. This is also a great walking neighborhood with services nearby.

The Mission Greens complex was built in 1972 and has 212 units. A large courtyard and water feature is the center of this four-story building that was inspired by a Mediterranean architectural design. There are 0 to three bedrooms and living space that ranges from 522 to 1,794 square feet. This is one of Mission Valley’s few complexes that offer studio apartments which are attractive for airline flight attendants and pilots.

Residents enjoy the covered balconies and fireplaces as well as the ponds throughout the neighborhood. Amenities include a community swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. The Home Owners Association fee also covers security, landscaping, sewer, trash, water, limited insurance, and exterior building maintenance. Although there is a laundry facility, many units have their own laundry rooms.

The San Diego Unified School District is the second largest in the state. Students attend many facilities like Carson Elementary School, Montgomery Middle School, and Kearny Construction Tech School. There are hundreds of private institutions like the Calvary Christian Academy, Escondido Adventists Academy, the Montessori American School, and Halstrom Academy. Public universities include the University of California which is within walking distance.

Mission Greens overlooks the River Walk Golf Course which offers three nine-hole layouts that golfers can combine in different ways. This club also has facilities for weddings and other special events. This neighborhood is connected to the concrete paths that run along the San Diego River and go for seven miles all the way to Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, and Mission Bay.
